Responsibilities:

  • Provide full support on organising and coordinating L&D related activities
  • Responsible for day-to-day L&D administration including course enrolment, maintaining training record and preparing training materials
  • Support team head in executing talent management and development programs
  • Conduct regular HR reports and workforce analysis for management review

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, 2-3 years of relevant experience gained from sizable organization
  • A team player who is flexible and detail-minded
  • High level of integrity and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
