Job Duties:

  • Be creative and actively involved in training and induction program designs and material composing. Revise training material according to product update and RA guideline with local adaptation
  • Assist supervisor to manage NJ revamp and big sister program, including training need analysis and composing training material
  • Proactive to feedback the enquiries from frontline regarding products and training contents
  • Equip new sales staff with the necessary skill to expertly advice customers on the products and service that best meet their needs. To extend staff to apply this knowledge to maximize sales through identified sales techniques
  • Conduct field coaching to ensure the product knowledge and skill could be applied in store

Product Training:

  • Commercial understanding of products and beauty trends, levers of sales drivers and store operation procedures
  • Ensure materials in the launch pack are meeting commercial needs and clearly and precisely presented to frontline

Customer Service:

  • Manage and review the Mystery Shopper Program (MSP) to ensure excellent customer service level
  • Assist supervisor to drive customer service performance training programs to upkeep.
  • Administration and performance evaluation of MSP external vendor

Frontline Staff Development

  • Review and organize yearly assessment follow the Career Development Scheme for store staff

CS Management

  • Manage external CS vendor to perform high level of customer service standard

Requirements:

  • At least 3 year working experience within a Learning and Development/ Training/ HR/ Operations function, ideally in a similar role.
  • Experience of creating training/operational materials with an appropriate tone for customer/ staff interactions.
  • Knowledge of the beauty/toiletries industry would be highly desirable.
  • Degree educated in a related discipline (i.e. Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Operations, Sales).
  • Additional qualifications in Management Development/ Leadership Skills would be an extreme advantage.
