Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with clients/legal counsels on contract management
  • Vault original deal documents with Operations team
  • Follow up with issuers on the delivery of compliance certificates and financial statements
  • Support Legal leads with law firms on coordination on queries & progress tracking


Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of banking experience in transaction documentations
  • Preferably candidates with legal background
  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • Fluent in English
