Responsibility:

  • Look after Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan market to maintain brand's standards in visual merchandising aspect
  • Formulate internal display guidelines and work closely with headquarter on creating the global directives
  • Responsible for the graphic design of seasonal window
  • Develop training manual / materials for shops to achieve store image consistency
  • Manage design of display settings and monitor props production with external suppliers
  • Prepare annual budget for visual merchandising activities and oversee the expenses for cost effectiveness


Requirements:

  • Diploma or above, preferably in Design, Fashion, Visual Merchandising
  • 8+ years of Retail Visual Merchandising experience
  • Minimum of 2 years management experience
  • Experience from a luxury brand is required
  • Creative and good knowledge of fashion, accessories, colour trends and styling
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines
