Responsibilities:

  • Be the strategic advisor to business leaders and senior management to define and implement HR strategy aligning with the business goals
  • Implement HR strategic planning for the designated business units on manpower planning, resources allocation, performance management, people development, etc.
  • Partner with the HR CoE teams on providing professional and effective HR solutions and services
  • Collaborate with Global HR team on the implementation of organizational development initiatives and culture change projects
  • Participate in any HR projects as required


Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or above
  • A minimum of 12-year solid HR experience across the Asia region preferably as a HR Business Partner
  • Experience gained form fast-paced environment within the Financial and Technology Sectors is highly preferable
  • Successful track record on driving HR strategy in achieving the business goals of business units
  • Strong business acumen with excellent stakeholders management skills
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
