Responsibilities:


  • Be the regional HR strategic advisor to business leaders and senior management to define and implement HR strategies coping with the company's growth across China and Asia
  • Responsible for the HR strategic planning for the designated business units on manpower planning, resources allocation, performance management, people development, etc.
  • Partner with the HR CoE teams and local HR members across the region on providing professional and effective HR solutions and services
  • Collaborate with Global HR team on the implementation of organizational development initiatives and culture change projects
  • Participate in any HR projects as required


Requirements:


  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or above
  • A minimum of 15-year solid HR experience gained from well-established MNCs
  • Regional HR experience across Asia and Greater China would be an advantage
  • Successful track record on driving HR strategy in achieving the business goals of business units
  • Strong business acumen with excellent stakeholders management skills
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
