Our client is a well-established banking corporation. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a seasoned C&B professional to join their HR Team
Responsibilities
- Lead the rewards team to drive various rewards schemes and strategies coping with the growth of bank
- Act as the strategic advisor in providing rewards consultancy services to senior management and key stakeholders
- Lead projects of job grading and salary banding to ensure job titling and remuneration package are in line with the market
- Conduct market survey and analysis to ensure the bank's compensation and benefits programs are competitive in the talent market
- Consolidate HR data and compile relevant HR reports for management review on regular basis
- Review and develop HR policies to ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements
Requirements
- University graduate in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum 12 years of solid HR Experience of which at least 4 years at supervisory / managerial level, within the banking & finance sectors
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, and related HKMA regulations and requirements
- Good team-player, with excellent supervisory and coaching skills
- Strong analytical skills with strategic mindset
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications, HRIS Systems and Chinese Word Processing
- Excellent command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
