Responsibilities:

  • Provide full range of HR services to designated Business Unis
  • Liaise closely with senior managements and line managers on driving HR strategies of manpower planning, performance management, talent management, etc.
  • Drive talent acquisition strategy and programs and responsible for end to end recruitment and selection tasks
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare various HR reports on regular basis
  • Partner with HR Shared Services and Specialist teams on providing HR solutions to different staff enquiries
  • Participate in various HR Projects as required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder of Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10 years of solid HRBP experience within the banking sector
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and detail-oriented mindset
  • High proficient computers skills in MS Office and HRIS Systems
  • Good command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
