Responsibilities:
- Provide full range of HR services to designated Business Unis
- Liaise closely with senior managements and line managers on driving HR strategies of manpower planning, performance management, talent management, etc.
- Drive talent acquisition strategy and programs and responsible for end to end recruitment and selection tasks
- Conduct data analysis and prepare various HR reports on regular basis
- Partner with HR Shared Services and Specialist teams on providing HR solutions to different staff enquiries
- Participate in various HR Projects as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder of Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years of solid HRBP experience within the banking sector
- Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
- Excellent interpersonal skills and detail-oriented mindset
- High proficient computers skills in MS Office and HRIS Systems
- Good command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
