Background
Our client is a major renewable energy company who engaged us to supply contract and casual recruitment. Our goal was to enhance contractor management inclusive of onboarding, performance management, safety, retention and payroll.

- National supply arrangement across seven sites, including regional electricity generation
- Master Sourcing Provider with Enterprise wide remit, incorporating all contingent (casual, temp and contractor) role types
- Solution underpinned by Fieldglass VMS
- Creation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures
- On-site lead, forming part of the integration and migration project team approx. 400 contractors onto Fieldglass
- Vendor Management of 15 down-stream vendors (with future rationalisation), across blue and white collar, metro and regional
- Managing third party adherence to all commercial terms, performance SLA and delivering to KPIs
- Mobilised on-site resources (5 FTE) to deliver MSP solution
- Embedded into broader people and recruitment team
