家電維修技術員 Home Appliance Technician (Up to $23k/mth)

Job details: 
- Mon - Fri, 0900 - 1800; Sat, 0900 - 1200

Responsibilities:
● Responsible for daily repair and maintenance work on home appliances, such as washing/drying machines, dishwashers, and refrigerators
● Understand and answer customer inquiries, providing feasible and appropriate solutions promptly
● Provide on-site technical support and product usage instructions (if needed)

Requirements:
● Ability to work independently.
● Proactive and responsible attitude to complete daily assigned tasks.
● Maintain good communication with customers.
● Basic reading and writing skills in Chinese.
● Basic reading and writing skills in English.
● Experience in repairing appliances is a MUST.
● Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Technician

家庭電器維修技術員
工作時間: 星期一至五, 0900 - 1800; 星期六, 0900 - 1200

職責
● 負責日常維修及保養工作, 例如洗衣/乾衣機、洗碗碟機或雪櫃等家電
● 了解及解答顧客疑問並即時提供可行適切解決方案
● 為客戶提供現場技術支援和產品用法 (如有需要)

要求
● 能獨立工作
● 工作積極、具責任心以完成每日指派之工作
● 與客戶保持良好溝通
● 基本中文、英文閱讀及書寫能力
● 具維修電器經驗優先
● 應徵者如有更多相關經驗，有機會成為高級家庭電器維修員
