Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) training and appointment records within the Oracle system
- Become well acquainted with company procedure and requirement, especially on HSEQ training and appointments
- Maintain HSEQ dashboards to support effective reporting to management
- Coordinate internal and external HSEQ training sessions, seminars and workshops for the departmental staff
- Compile, analyze and prepare regular HSEQ statistical reports
- Enhance administrative efficiency and effectiveness by streamlining work processes, digitizing records, and optimizing the use of office equipment and Company’s IT systems
- Maintain a robust filing system to manage sensitive and confidential information effectively
- Uphold internal controls and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Undertake additional projects and related duties as assigned by supervisor as needed
Job Requirements
- Form 5 or above, a relevant qualification in health and safety or labor relations management is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, particularly in HSEQ training and nomination.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
- Attentive and possesses a solid awareness of safety practices.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Form and Power BI / Power Automate (English and Chinese) would be an advantage
- Good Knowledge in HSEQ contract Documents and Employment Ordinance would be an advantage.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, with a basic understanding of Putonghua.
