AI Engineer - Generative AI / Machine Learning

Job Responsibilities 

• Embedding Techniques: Design and implement effective embedding strategies to optimize generative AI model performance. 
• Agentic AI Frameworks: Develop applications using frameworks like Lang Chain and LangGraph. 
• Prompt Library Management: Create and maintain a library of optimized prompts, ensuring iterative refinement through user feedback loops. 
• LLM Fine-Tuning: Fine-tune large language models, with a focus on China-based or open-source models. 
• Data Tagging/Labelling: Oversee data tagging processes for insight generation and model training, ensuring high-quality inputs. 

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines. 
• At least 4-5 years work experience in machine learning or AI, with at least 1 year in generative AI. 
• Proficient in Python and familiar with relevant frameworks (e.g., Lang Chain). 
• Hands-on experience deploying solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and on-premise environments. 
• Strong analytical skills focused on developing practical solutions to complex challenges in generative AI.
