Job Responsibilities 

  • Maintain accurate records of software licenses, contracts, and renewals.
  • Participate in negotiations for software contract renewals to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Monitor and track software usage to ensure optimal utilization and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate across Digital Team to plan and manage the software budget.
  • Analyze software usage data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize software investments.
  • Provide support and guidance to other departments regarding software asset management best practices.
  • Prepare and present reports on software usage, budget status, and optimization efforts to senior management.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Digital commercial or Digital Finance or related experience in software asset management, budget planning, and usage optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in software asset management tools and systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in managing Oracle license will be a plus
