Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of software licenses, contracts, and renewals.
- Participate in negotiations for software contract renewals to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- Monitor and track software usage to ensure optimal utilization and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate across Digital Team to plan and manage the software budget.
- Analyze software usage data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize software investments.
- Provide support and guidance to other departments regarding software asset management best practices.
- Prepare and present reports on software usage, budget status, and optimization efforts to senior management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Digital commercial or Digital Finance or related experience in software asset management, budget planning, and usage optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in software asset management tools and systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience in managing Oracle license will be a plus
