Business Analyst - Digital Transformation & Re-engineering

Job Responsibilities 

• Support design, requirements definition, and validation for Contract Lifecycle Management System functionalities.
• Facilitate business process mapping and gap analysis.
• Coordinate integration activities with existing systems, SSO, and e-Signature.
• Assist in creating and standardizing templates, clause libraries, and approval workflow rules.
• Support project tracking, vendor management, and phased rollout documentation.
• Prepare project related materials such as meeting/ post meeting materials, business requirement documentation/ technical specifications.
• Conduct system testing and validate system functions with use case preparation.
• Support data preparation and migration.
• Develop training materials and user guides for change management.
• Provide post-go-live support and communications.
• Coordinate workshops and requirement consolidation across departments.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields
• Possess PMI-PBA, PMP qualification(s)
• At least 10+ years in IT project system implementation
• Experience in sizable process Re-engineering, digital transformation projects 
• Strong understanding business processes, desirable to have hands on experience in contract management process
• Proficiency in core languages/ tools (e.g., PowerBI, low coding workflow)
• Knowledge of SQL, .NET, HTML
• Strong command in English and Cantonese communication is a MUST
