Corporate Communications Officer - Branding (Up to $30k/mth)

Location: Kai Tak
Working hour: Mon to Fri, 0900 - 1800
1 year contract, renewable

Responsibilities

• Support planning and implementation of various through-the-line branding and corporate communication initiatives, including:
  
  • Production of branding and corporate collaterals and videos
  • Event management for stakeholder engagement activities
  • Branding and gatekeeping of Corporate Identity
• Support the management of corporate souvenir system:
  
  • Design and production of corporate souvenirs for company's online souvenir shop and stakeholder initiatives
  • Be the custodian of online souvenir shop with daily tasks such as handle sale order from internal users, monitor inventory levels, stock fulfilment and related logistics
• Support on editorial work for collateral contents and presentation materials
• Manage the archive system of the photos & videos of corporate events and activities
• Assist and perform other corporate affairs duties as required

• A recognised Degree in Public Relations, Mass Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration or other related disciplines
• A minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience in corporate affairs, communications or marketing in corporate settings
• Strong organisation skills and ability to work independently and under pressure, dealing with multiple tasks and tight deadlines
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of dealing with multiple stakeholders
• Good PC skills such as MS Word (English & Chinese), PowerPoint and Excel
• Knowledge and solid experience in using design software such as Adobe Photoshop and video editing will be an advantage
