Custodian Operations Associate - Banking [Up to 50K/mth]

Job Responsibilities 

• Support FX operations setup
• Coordinate for the account opening with the Account Opening Unit and Custodian Services
• Prepare the documentation inventory for account opening documents safekeeping
• Maker for trade settlement i.e. Buy/Sell transactions, securities transfers etc.
• Maker for corporate action events such as coupon, redemption
• Maker for system input for settlement instruction
• Maker for fund transfer to client’s account maintain with the bank
• Maker for the custodian reports and client statement
  

• Bachelor Degree or above in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• At least 7 years’ relevant bank experience in trade settlement, corporate action, account transfers, etc 
• Proficient in MS Office 
• A good team player, detail oriented and self-motivated
• Able to work independently and under face-paced environment
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English
