- Handle inbound calls via hotline/call centre
- Advise on general information (no specific insurance knowledge required)
Job Requirements
- High Diploma or above
- Some customer service, telephone operator and/or Receptionist work experience preferred
- Good command in Cantonese and English communication
- Strong team player
- 4-month contract, project-based
- Work Hours: Mon-Fri; 9am-6pm with alternating half-day Saturdays from 9am-1pm
