Location: Sheung Wan / Quarry Bay
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 0900 -1800; Alt Sat, 1000 - 1800
12 months contract, renewable
Duties:
- Frontline Service & Cashiering:
- Greet walk-in customers and sales channels (agents, brokers, and bank partners) and handle their inquiries at the service counter.
- Manage counter cash flow, collect premium payments, and perform basic daily account settlement/analysis.
- Application & Document Processing:
- Assist with the pre-approval and initial screening of New Business insurance applications submitted at the center.
- Handle administrative tasks including document retrieval, filing, and processing incoming letters, emails, and faxes.
- Customer Relationship & Complaints:
- Promote company products to potential new walk-in prospects.
- Gather customer feedback to help improve the center's services.
- Follow up on customer complaints and requests proactively and within the designated time limit (SLA).
- Diploma holder or above
- Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Between 2-3 years work experience in insurance institutions, preferably with experience in Bank or Customer Service area
- Excellent Counter Customer Service and Telephone manners
- IIQE papers 1, 3 & 5 is a MUST
