Customer Services Clerk - Logistic

Location: Kwai Hing
Working hour: Mon to Fri, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Sat, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up on project progress and communicate with relevant departments for coordination.
- Liaise with clients to follow up on repairs, engineering, and project matters.
- Handle client quotations, invoice and receipts.
- Effectively address various client requests and complaints.
- Quickly follow up on repair or support requests raised by other departments.

Job Requirements:
- HKCEE / HKDSE equivalent or above
- Good in Chinese and English typing
- Diligent, detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player
- Welcome fresh graduate
- Immediate availability is preferred
