Customer Services Officer - Banking (up to $23k/mth)

Job details:
Location: Kwun Tong
Work hours: Mon - FRi, 0900 - 1800
Duration: 1 year contract, renewable

Job duties:
- Handle incoming calls and emails in order to answer customers' enquiries and handling complaints
- Ensure timely and fair dispute resolution while building strong customer relationships and spreading the bank's brand values

Requirements: 
• University degree holder
• 2 - 3 years experience in Customer Services/ Complaint Handling in banking field
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal (English, Putonghua & Cantonese) and written Chinese and English
• Immediately available is preferred.
