Job responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls via hotline/call centre
- Resolve customer/ advisor problem and complaint in timely and professional manner
- Provide one stop service to customers for enhancing the customer engagement level
- Other ad hoc duties
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in customer service and insurance industry
- Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Good communication and listening skills
- IIQE Paper 1,3 and 5 holder is preferred
- Chinese word processing
