Customer Services Officer (Up to $17k/mth)

Location: Kwai Hing
Working hour: Mon - Fri, 0830-1730; Sat, 0830 - 1230
1 year renewable contract

Job Responsibilities: ● Handle customer inquiries and schedule installation and repair appointments.
● Provide services to customers via phone, email, online chat, or WhatsApp, maintaining good customer relationships.
● Update case records and customer information in the system.
● Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:
● HKCEE / HKDSE equivalent or above
● Good communication skills and service attitude; polite and patient.
● Responsible, organized, able to work independently, and cooperate with the team.
● Fluent in Cantonese, basic English, and Mandarin.
● Immediately available is preferred
