Job details:
- Work location: Sham Shui Po
- Working hour: Mon to Fri, 0830 - 1745
- 6 months contract, renewable
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate work schedules to ensure prompt collection of system data.
- Ensure operation performance aligns with established service standards.
- Analyze large datasets and initiate projects focused on enhancing operational efficiency.
- Perform user acceptance testing for system improvements or the development of new systems.
- Create and implement procedures, guidelines, and training materials to support daily operations.
- Thrive in high-pressure environments and manage tight deadlines effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Data Science or Computer Science, with a minimum of 1 years of relevant IT experience.
- Solid experience and knowledge in computer skills, data analytics, and programming languages such as VBA, Python, R, Power Platforms, and Power BI.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A collaborative team player with the flexibility to handle ad-hoc tasks.
- Proficient in English and Chinese.
