Job Responsibilities 
  • Conduct user research to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to define research objectives and support product strategy.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end research across discovery, concept testing, and evaluation phases.
  • Manage research operations, including participant recruitment, screening, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Facilitate research sessions and gather actionable user insights through various research methods.
  • Coordinate with external research agencies, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance.
  • Analyze research findings and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Present insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with design, project, and delivery teams to integrate customer insights into product decisions.
  • Advocate for user-centered design and customer-focused thinking across the organization.
  • Support UX Designers in developing and refining wireframes and prototypes for testing when needed.


Job Requirements 
  • At least 3+ years of experience in UIUX design research.
  • Strong understanding of qualitative research methods, including interviews, focus groups, workshops, and usability testing.
  • Experience with quantitative research, including survey design, data analysis, and combining qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Ability to select and apply the most appropriate research methods to solve business and user challenges.
  • Hands-on experience managing the full research lifecycle, from recruitment and moderation to analysis and reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
  • Experience working with external research vendors and agencies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Curious and adaptable, with a willingness to explore new research approaches and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of UX fundamentals, including personas, user journeys, wireframes, and usability principles.
  • Familiarity with design and research tools such as Figma, UserTesting, and Optimal Workshop.
