Job Responsibilities
- Accountable for business requirements preparation for respective project delivery in digital banking, including digital channels such as mobile apps, internet banking, public websites
- Assisting managers to generate ideas by going through customer/market research, competitor analysis, Design Thinking process and business justification (e.g. customer journey mapping)
- Acting as a key team member in managing development of digital products under respective business disciplines, with a focus on unsecured lending (personal loan and card loan)
- Ensuring digital deliverables can meet expected user requirements and are fit for purpose to release to customers by supporting in-sprint, pre-release UAT,live test and production health check after launch
- Facilitating collaboration with specialists such as UX Design, Engineering, Solution Architecture and Quality Assurance across sprints to optimise end-to-end user experience
- Responsible for in-depth impact analysis and technical feasibility study of customer journeys to support Front-end & Back-end solution design
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above
- At least 2 years’ experience of supporting requirements management activities to support the delivery of digital transformation across the bank, preferably involving lending or cards.
- Strong understanding of Design thinking, customer centric design, Agile project methodology / framework and best practices
- Have “Think out of the box” & “Can do” mindset – think how to remove blockers to achieve the goal instead of identifying the current limitations/constraints to achieve the goal
- Experience of relevant tools such as JIRA, Confluence and be comfortable to use Microsoft Teams for day-to-day communications within the POD team
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of stakeholders with conflicting priorities
- Knowledge of retail banking products, particularly personal loans and cards, is a plus.
