- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Develop and execute client strategies to drive business growth and maximize value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and resolve client issues
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to clients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Company advertising products, policies, and industry trends
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- Proven experience in client management, account management, or digital advertising
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a MUST; additional language skills are a plus
