Job Responsibilities 
  • Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for digital products across the Desktop e-Banking platform, Mobile App, Online Application Platform, and WeChat Mini Program.
  • Produce wireframes and UX/UI flow maps that illustrate end-to-end customer journeys, covering both happy flows and unhappy/exception scenarios.
  • Present UX/UI designs, articulate design rationale, and facilitate stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and decisions.
  • Deliver pixel-perfect design specifications for IT development following design approval.
  • Maintain design consistency and ensure the UX/UI design outcomes meet accessibility standards and brand guidelines
  • Design launch-support materials, including: Public website product page designs/updates, user guide preparation, App Store image update
  • Conduct market research to keep abreast of emerging UX/UI trends in order to validate and propose enhancement for existing digital products
  • Conduct market research to stay current on UX/UI trends and recommend enhancements to existing digital products.
  • Facilitate UX workshops to define business requirements and develop initial customer journeys.


Job Requirements 
  • At least 4+ years’ experience in UI/UX design, especially on digital platforms e.g. Mobile App, e-Banking, Online Application Platform
  • Banking or financial services experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Able to work independently to own and deliver design work end-to-end, while also being a proactive and collaborative team player.
  • Proficient in Sketch and Figma; Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Strong graphic design capability, including creating high-quality visuals and simple illustrations to support digital journeys, content, and communications
  • Solid knowledge of accessibility standards
  • Experience contributing to or building a design system, including creating reusable components/patterns and documenting usage guidelines
