East Kowloon Cultural Centre | Junior Multimedia Designer (Up to 25K)

Job Responsibilities:

(i) To design online and offline visual marketing collaterals related to brand communication and house programmes, including but not limited to banners, posters, leaflets, advertisements and social media posts for the EKCC office;
(ii) To be responsible for motion graphic designs and photo retouching for the publicity of the EKCC office;
(iii) To liaise and follow up with the potential service providers and contractors for the printing of all publicity materials:
(iv) To design and prepare backdrops, digital signages and decorations for grand opening related programmes and programmes, workshops and other activities organised by the EKCC office;
(v) To contribute to the development of opening related souvenirs in all stages of design and productgion;
(vi) To lliTange lhe display of all poslers and visual publicily materials in venues llnough liaisons wilh venue managemenl offices;
(vii) To perform any other duties in connection with design work as may be assigned by senior officers. Requirements:

(i) Holder of diploma or equivalent graphic design/ creative media/ multimedia design or related fields;
(ii) have at least one (1) year post-qualification full-time work experience in creative media or graphic design or related fields;
(iii) be proficient in Mac Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office, Chinese and English word processing;
(iv) have good command of spoken Cantonese and English 
(v) Experience in photo shooting, visual storytelling, video shooting and production is a plus;
(vi) Familiar with other computer software such as Mac Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro is an advantage; and
(vii) With work experience in the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, arts groups, or/and other cultural bodies would be preferred.
