Key Responsibilities:
•Provide financial support for business initiatives, including capex projects, strategic investments, and business development opportunities.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities.
•Monitor and analyze key financial performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvement.
•Assist with monthly closing, budgeting and monthly forecasting processes and ensure compliance with all company manuals, policies and procedures.
•Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial deck to improve transparency and understanding of drivers of financial performance.
•Be responsible in monthly Allocation of Estimated Cost Sharing and other system inputs.
•Assist with preparation of materials for government reporting and BOD deliverable as required.
•Partner with other digital teams on daily accounting advisory, as well as for data collection, cleansing and analysis of the latest financial data and metrics.
•Be responsible in enhancement and process improvement on accounting operations.
•Drive continuous process improvement with the goal of increasing efficiency and optimizing the work through digitalization, automation and other solutions.
•Assist in internal control related matters including regular review of authority delegation in accordance with related company’s manuals and ensure proper database maintenance.
•Simplify internal service level charges to ensure that cost reallocation is appropriate and effective.

Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, preferably a member of a recognized accountancy body
•4+ years of experience in financial reporting and analysis.
•Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and forecasting.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
•Advanced proficiency in office 365 applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Knowledge in Power Automate and Power Query would be an advantage.
•Experience in using ERP system, e.g. Oracle, is preferred
