Job Responsibilities
- • Perform Unit Trust, Hedge Fund & Private Equity processing accurately and meeting tight timelines
- • Manage exceptions, discrepancies and irregularities
- • Timely escalation of exceptions for management awareness
- • Participate in business initiatives/projects, e.g. user requirements, data analysis, UAT, post-support
- • Complete ad-hoc tasks and/or assignments
- • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders
Job Requirements
- • Good knowledge of funds products
- • Exposure of Fund Services operations is an advantage
- • Experience in manual participation over high transaction volume within tight processing window is an advantage
- • Strong numerical skills and computer knowledge
- • Strong excel and word skills as advantages
- • Good communication and problem-solving skills
- (Fresh graduate will also being considered)
