Graphic Designer (Up to $23k/mth)

Working hour: Mon - Fri, 0830 - 1745
1 year renewable contract 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a wide range of graphic designs across digital and print platforms that align with business goals and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Conceptualize and translate creative ideas into compelling visual outputs.
• Select images, sketch illustrations, and produce videos or other visual elements to effectively convey design concepts.
• Utilize AI-assisted creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Canva) to enhance ideation, image generation, and workflow efficiency.
• Partner closely with the internal marketing and retail operations teams to produce both online and offline promotional materials and advertising assets.
• Work independently and collaboratively with various internal departments to design, develop, and execute creative materials.
• Craft multimedia content—including graphics, motion graphics, and retouched visuals—for digital platforms and corporate or marketing campaigns.
• Manage multimedia production from concept to final execution.
• Coordinate with external partners — print vendors, photographers, and suppliers—to ensure high-quality production within deadlines.
• Perform other ad hoc creative or design tasks assigned.

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, including online digital, offline materials.
• Proficient in using design software, such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva and Microsoft Office.
• Competence in CSS, HTML, motion visuals will be an advantage
• Good time management that able to work on multi-projects with high quality efficiently and able to work independently under tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, responsible and detail minded good team player with good communication skill
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
• Portfolio (doc/PDF/link) MUST BE included in the application
