Our client is one of the top global banking groups that mainly provides commercial banking and wealth management services. They are currently looking for a Human Resources Assistant for their HR team.
Job details:
Duration: 12 months, renewable
Location: Tai Kok Tsui
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 0900 - 1800
Duties:
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and working with EAs of senior managers
• Handle offer management and onboarding processes, including vetting process
• Maintain and update employee records, including contract management
Requirements:
• University degree in Human Resources Management / Business or other relevant disciplines
• Ideally with 1-2 years HR experience, recruitment coordination related experience is an advantage
• Customer oriented, detail minded and able to handle multi-tasks with good planning and organising skills
• Agile, eager to learn and interact with candidates with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team spirit and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint and English and Chinese typing
• Candidates with more work experience will be considered as a Human Resources Officer
