Job Responsibilities
- Support the business in the planning and development of their Diversity & Inclusion strategy
- Provide thought leadership, advice, coaching, and solutions to stakeholders across the company and within the talent management processes
- Analyze data and trends in organizational diversity metrics
- Analyze employment activities such as applicant flow, new hires, terminations, transfers, and promotions to identify potential areas of focus and other opportunities to promote diversity initiatives
- Provide support in delivering training needs assessments relating to D&I
- Organize events and activities to promote and educate C&I initiaitves
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology or related disciplines
- At least 4 years related work experience preferably from sizable MNCs, listed organizations
- Experience designing and delivering D&I programs with some learning and development work exposure
- Strategic and operational experience delivering D&I initiatives in partnership with business stakeholders
- Strong command in English and Cantonese communication
- Strong team player and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
