Job Responsibilities
- Monitor & manage the PC Hardware & Accessories Inventory.
- Manage contract renewals & tendering.
- Assist on IT budgetary preparations.
- Manage daily hardware & software supply requests from business users.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement of Hardware & Software.
- Assist the management with driving initiatives to improve effectiveness and efficiency of IT End User Services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology / Information Systems / Supply Chain preferred, but not a must
- At least 2 years experience in IT procurement preferred
- Strong experiences on License Management, Procurement, Contract Management, IT Audit, Budgeting and PC Inventory Control
- Knowledgeable on MS Licenses management, hardware & software asset management and budget preparation
