IT Trainer - Internal (Up to $35k/ mth)

 
Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with IT teams to design and develop training content that meets customer/ colleagues needs and complies with quality and safety standards.
2. Conduct classroom training and assessments to equip trainees with necessary knowledge and skills.
3. Utilize engaging instructional techniques to deliver effective training programs.
4. Translate IT terminology into layman's terms for better understanding among business users.
5. Implement safety management requirements in training.
6. Recommend changes to training curriculum to reflect current practices and improve effectiveness.

• Education: Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
• Specialist Training: Preferable with certificate or diploma in training & development.
• Experience: 5 years’ solid working experience in IT industry, and with at least 3 of which should be training related.
• Highly motivated team leader with the ability to work independently, mentor others, and drive projects to successful completion
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
