Job Responsibilities
- Provide KYC account opening services for commercial clients
- Support Relationship Managers with secondary client communications via email/phone (ie request for supporting documentation, clarifcation of information, etc)
- Provide ad-hoc support to middle office where needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above
- At least 2-3 years work experience in KYC account opening process for commercial/corporate clients
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong command in English & Cantonese communication
- Strong client-servicing mindset
- IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE IS HIGHLY PREFERRED
