Responsibilities
- Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for UHNW individual clients, trusts, and financial intermediaries.
- Managing the collection and review of KYC (Know Your Client) documentation check materials.
- Analyze and document Source of Wealth (SOW) and Source of Funds (SOF) with supporting evidence
- Act as the primary liaison between Front Office (RMs), Legal, Compliance, and Operations to unblock bottlenecks.
- Comply with the compliance and regulatory requirements and code of conduct
Requirements
- High Diploma holder or above.
- 2–6 years of KYC/Onboarding experience within Private Banking, Wealth Management, or a Trust Company.
- Deep understanding of AML/CFT regulations, financial products, policies and procedures in private banking.
- Ability to work under pressure & independently.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in English and Chinese
