Logistics Coordinator/ Officer (up to $20K /mth)

Our client is a multinational medical equipment manufacturing company. They are looking for a Logistics Coordinator/ Officer to support their team.


Responsibilities: 

• Oversee and manage end-to-end logistics operations including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.
• Coordinate with Mainland's teammates, freight forwarders, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth transportation and delivery of goods.
• Handle full set of I/E shipping & L/C banking documents independently
• Provide sales support inclusive loaner set, surgery booking arrangement and logistic arrangement.
• Orders management with EPR system inclusive in-bound, out-bound and order processing.
• Provide regular performance and inventory reports and handle ad-hoc projects.
• Responsible for delivering goods in emergency situations.

• Form 5 or above.
• At least 2-3 years of logistic/ warehouse/ supply chain relevant working experience
• Experience in warehouse operations in Medical or related industry is highly recommanded
• Holder of a valid Light Goods Vehicle Licenses is preferred
• Immediately available is preferred
