Logistics Coordinator/ Officer (up to $22K /mth)

Our client is a multinational medical equipment manufacturing company. They are looking for a Logistics Coordinator/ Officer to support their team.


Responsibilities: 

• Manage day to day warehouse & logistics duties as directed by the supervisor
• Perform Inventory pick/pack and regular cycle/wall-to-wall counting
• Prepare delivery & invoice documents
• Liaise with customers about orders and delivery information.
• Delivery orders tracking to ensure timely delivery.
• Orders management with EPR system inclusive in-bound, out-bound and order processing.
• Provide regular performance and inventory reports and handle ad-hoc projects.
• Responsible for delivering goods in emergency situations.

• Form 5 or above.
• At least 2-3 years of logistic/ warehouse/ supply chain relevant working experience
• Experience in warehouse operations in Medical or related industry is highly recommanded
• Holder of a valid Light Goods Vehicle Licenses is preferred
• Immediately available is preferred
