Market Analyst/ Communications Assistant (Up to 20K)

Working hour: Mon - Fri, 0900 - 1800
1 year renewable contract

Duties:

• Support customer engagement initiatives and campaigns to promote environmental programs and other company's programs; analyze campaign data for insights.
• Assist in demand response promotions, including customer communication, stakeholder engagement, survey design, and results analysis, with recommendations for improvement.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through detailed analyses.
• Help develop new initiatives by gathering customer insights through market research and feedback analysis.
• Organize events, including booth setup and logistics, with possible weekend or after-hours work.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for timely execution of tasks.
• Manage daily operations, including budgeting, inventory, and scheduling.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• University degree in Data Analysis, Statistics, Marketing, Event Management or related disciplines, with a minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, agile, organised, creative and a good team player with can-do attitude, good communication skills, able to work under tight schedule and willing to meet new challenges
• Proficiency in Excel and Power Bi for data compilation and analysis is a definite advantage
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
