Marketing/ Communications Associate (Up to $20k/ mth)

Working hour: Mon - Fri, 0900 - 1800
1 year renewable contract

Duties:

• Assist to propose and execute customer engagement initiatives and campaigns to encourage customers participation in energy saving programme, enhance customers awareness of smart meter benefits, and drive their adoption of smart gadgets and smart meter related services to help them manage energy usage smartly; analyze campaign data to derive customer behaviors and measure effectiveness
• Provide all-round support to demand response promotion including customers communications, stakeholder engagement, system testing, survey design and feedback collection, results analysis, and propose recommendations for continuous improvement based on data insights
• Help facilitating new initiatives development by deriving customer insight through market study, and research of smart technology addressing customer pain points or unmet needs, and analyzing customer feedback from surveys to suggest innovative engagement strategies
• Assist in organising event, booth setup and onsite manpower & logistics arrangement to drive business results. report duties in weekend or after office hours may require
• Provide support to co-ordinate with internal and external parties to make things happen in timely and efficient way
• Manage daily operation and administration such as budget plan, stock management and schedule planning
• Perform data analytics tasks as required from time to time, such as compiling and interpreting data from various sources to support decision-making
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor as required

• University degree in business management, engineering, marketing, or related disciplines, with a minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, agile, organised, creative and a good team player with can-do attitude, good communication skills, able to work under tight schedule and willing to meet new challenges
• Proficiency in Excel and Power Bi for data compilation and analysis is a definite advantage
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Flexible working hour may required
