Marketing Support Specialist (Up to $25k/mth)

Working hour: Mon - Fri, 0830 - 1745
1 year renewable contract  Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline internal channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors and clients to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Perform daily operations on company systems and external platforms such as Magento and Radica.
• Conduct sales and market analysis to support campaign planning and performance tracking.
• Support content creation including copywriting, proofreading for marketing materials; providing initial visual concepts to streamline production.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare survey reports with actionable insights for management.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and touchpoints.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing or communications.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Knowledge of design tools (Canva), marketing platforms (Magento, Radica) or data platform (Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Immediate available is a MUST.
