- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers offering expert advice and recommendations on mortgage and banking solutions to clients and ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic objectives and risk tolerance.
- Manage the end-to-end mortgage application process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and an exceptional loan servicing and customer experience.
- Demonstrate agility in adapting to new strategies and approaches to optimize performance and respond to market shifts.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to strategically position our mortgage offerings.
- Uphold sound control and ensure full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements governing mortgage products.
Job Requirements
- A Diploma or higher qualification.
- Proficiency in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English, with fluency in Mandarin is a plus
- At least 5+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably within consumer products or mortgage loans.
- Possession of relevant certifications, such as general insurance, along with adherence to ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.
- Proven ability to establish and nurture strong relationships with external stakeholders, including potential referral agents or brokers.
- A strong passion for sales, coupled with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with individuals at all levels.
