- Manage card account settlement and reconciliation operations, monitor the performance of card processes and ensure meeting business requirement
- Support Business on Cards and Loans related projects and initiatives. Participate in UAT and arrange live test as cards SME.
- Accountable for operational accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop good working relationships with business counterparts and key stakeholders.
- Support audit/control monitoring activities and minimize operational risks.
Job Requirements
- Some experience in Cards and Loans operations, preferably from banking/financial institutions
- Self-motivated
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Attentive to detail
- Good command in English and Putonghua communication
