Job details:
- Location: Kwai Chung
- Working hour: 2-3 days per week
- 1 year renewable contract
Key responsibilities:
- Perform AR data entry
- Process month-end closing and reconciliations on Accounts Receivable and Bank reconciliations.
- Track billing status
- Support the implementation of Corporate Credit Policy and the operation of BU.
- Assist in AR process alignment and continuous enhancement of AR controls.
- Support ad-hoc duties as required.
- Backup other associates when necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Preferably 1-3 years related experience
- Knowledge in using ERP or Accounting Software is an advantage
- Knowledge of trading company accounting, manufacturing accounting experience is a plus
- US-GAAP knowledge is an advantage
