Job details: 

  • Mon to Fri, choose 4 days, 0900 - 1800
  • Location: Wan Chai
  • 1 year contract, renewable

Responsibilities:
  • Manage office supplies and fixed assets, including purchasing, cost analysis, etc.
  • Superuser as purchasing requestor to manage purchase request on behalf of the business, including system input and purchasing document preparation.
  • Manage all the office admin related tasks, such as pantry, telecom, petty cash, etc.
  • Fully run the organization and events regarding the company’s meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned for CFO support, such as recruiting, etc.
  • Organize and maintain company file system, correspondence, and other records as assigned.
  • To organize staff meetings, management workshops, trainings, and events, e.g. quarterly birthday events.
Requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years of administrative/ clerical or related working experience.
  • Good knowledge in MS office software.
  • Proficient in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in computer skill is a MUST (Chinese Word Processing is preferred)
  • Immediately available is preferred
