Job details:
- Mon to Fri, choose 4 days, 0900 - 1800
- Location: Wan Chai
- 1 year contract, renewable
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and fixed assets, including purchasing, cost analysis, etc.
- Superuser as purchasing requestor to manage purchase request on behalf of the business, including system input and purchasing document preparation.
- Manage all the office admin related tasks, such as pantry, telecom, petty cash, etc.
- Fully run the organization and events regarding the company’s meetings.
- Other duties as assigned for CFO support, such as recruiting, etc.
- Organize and maintain company file system, correspondence, and other records as assigned.
- To organize staff meetings, management workshops, trainings, and events, e.g. quarterly birthday events.
- At least 3-4 years of administrative/ clerical or related working experience.
- Good knowledge in MS office software.
- Proficient in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in computer skill is a MUST (Chinese Word Processing is preferred)
