Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with Educational Institutions: Maintain close communication with schools and other educational institutions, assisting in resolving any academic or personal issues the children may encounter.
  • Study Planning: Develop and track the children’s study plans based on their learning needs. Help arrange both in-school and extracurricular tutoring or courses. Coordinate additional study resources, including subject tutoring (Chinese/English/Mathematics), enrichment classes (music/sports/programming), and language training. Regularly compile the children’s academic progress and report to the Chairman and his spouse.
  • Managing Examination and Enrollment Timelines: Research and gather entry requirements for universities in Hong Kong, the UK, and Singapore, assisting in document preparation for applications.
  • Organizing Holiday Activities: Plan summer or extracurricular programs, such as camps and internships, to support future educational or career development.
  • Assist the Chairman’s Spouse: Manage daily schedules, travel, and business trip arrangements.
  • Coordinate household affairs and necessary housekeeping matters, ensuring the smooth running of family-related tasks.
Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred; international education or cross-cultural background is a MUST.
  • Prior experience in education planning, curriculum consulting, or private family assistance; familiarity with both Hong Kong and overseas education systems and admissions processes.
  • Previous experience in effectively communicating with children is highly desirable.
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills is a MUST.
  • Good understanding of the Hong Kong education system, as well as IB/IAL curricula.
  • Able to handle unexpected situations flexibly and excel in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment that may involve multiple roles.
  • Highly responsible, patient, and enthusiastic about interacting with children and contributing to their educational development.
  • Willing to stand by and provide assistant during evenings and weekends as necessary
