- Document Handling & Verification
- Review and verify submitted documents for completeness and accuracy
- Liaise with internal teams for missing or unclear information
- Ensure proper document indexing and uploading into systems
- System & Record Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in core systems
- Support data extraction and reporting when required
- Customer & Stakeholder Support
- Participate outbound calls when necessary
Education & Experience
- Diploma or above in Business Administration, Insurance, or related disciplines
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in insurance operations or policy administration
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered
- Good knowledge of insurance products and policy administration processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of ILAS products and regulatory requirements is an advantage
