- Plan, design and implement procurement engagements with internal Business stakeholders and external suppliers across each stage of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle
- Regularly engage with business stakeholders to identify requirement
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to regularly review and plan for inventory replenishment sourcing to ensure business needs are met
- Plan, develop and implement supply market engagement and sourcing/contracting strategies, bid management, supplier proposal evaluations, commercial and contract negotiations, and support transaction execution under awarded contracts
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in procurement, quantity surveying, or cost management within the construction or corporate fit-out industry.
- Some experience in managing procurement for commercial renovation, interior design, corporate fit-out, or data center relocation projects would be ideal
