Procurement Officer - Electrical appliances

Location: Hung Hom
Working hour: Mon to Fri, 0845 - 1730
Duration: 1 year renewable contract

Duties:
- Co-ordinate and execute procurement process and quality control for the purchase of products and services
- Support all aspects of merchandising including product sourcing and development, order processing, price negotiation, vendor compliance, service quality assurance, site audit, order placement, delivery and logistics and after sales services
- Evaluate current suppliers’ performance and build up strong relationship with suppliers. Ensure in line with procurement policies and business strategies
- Collaborate across teams and sales channels to manage merchandising calendar and ensure smooth run of sales campaigns and promotion activities
- Support the sales operation at Companies' touch points, e.g. Customer Service Centres (CSC), ensure service selection, sales, and regular promotion events can effectively drive sales and promote EE&E

Requirements:
- 3-5 year of merchandising management experience in electrical appliances, consumer electronics, household cooking appliances, health & wellness products etc.
- Familiar with quality standards for product categories in electrical appliances and other household products
- Passionate, creative, and organized team player with a strong market-centric mindset and data driven capabilities
